Our School Philosophy

The Alan Banks' School of Veternarian Sciences has a student centered philosophy also known as progressivism but we also like to work with the students indiviually to see what they want to learn and how to improve our school, this theory is called existentialism. We based our subjects and learning process on what the student is interested in. Our school uses the progressivism theory because we believe a student centered education works better when teaching teenagers because they will be more eager to learn something that they are interested in and will actually listen and understand what the teacher has to say. Another philsophy that we use is called Existentialsim is when "students focus on developing what they like, what they belive, and who they are." We use this philosophy because we think care more when someone is caring about what the want.
